Every source merged into one clean record. Every tool reads it.
Outreach that runs itself.
A buying signal comes in. A researched message goes out. Your CRM stays current.
Tools change. The system stays.
When you outgrow one, we swap it. Nothing else moves.
Yours from day one.
Built in your accounts, documented for your team. It doesn't leave when we do.
Customer results
BD meetings
Outbound rebuilt end to end: signals in, enriched lists out, sequences running without a rep touching a spreadsheet.
3×
Time to first touch
Every inbound lead enriched, scored, and in the right rep's queue within minutes, around the clock.
91%
Manual reporting
Leadership runs the week off one dashboard instead of three spreadsheets and a Slack thread.

What we build
Six layers, in the order they go in.
01
The record
A single version of each customer that all of your tools agree on. It goes in first; everything else depends on it.
02
The connections
Data moves between your tools on its own. Nobody exports a CSV to keep two systems in sync.
03
The automation
Research, first drafts, and data entry happen without anyone touching them. Your team picks up the conversation once there is one.
04
The dashboard
Leadership runs the week from one screen, and any number on it can be traced back to where it came from.
05
The watch
The whole system is monitored. When a sync fails at 2am, it gets fixed before your team sits down in the morning.
06
The handbook
It all runs in your accounts, documented for your team. If we disappeared tomorrow, it would keep working.
Workflow runs
December
The first piece
30 days
From kickoff to the first piece of the system running in production.
Common questions
What does Applied Crew actually do?
We build and run the six layers above, inside your company. Our engineers work in your accounts, with your team, until the system runs on its own.
Who do you work with?
Companies at very different stages. Some are just starting to sell; others are past a Series A or B and untangling the stack they grew up on. The system is the same idea at both ends. It just starts smaller.
How is this different from hiring a GTM agency?
An agency runs outreach for you, and the results stop when the retainer does. We build the system underneath, and it stays.
Do we have to replace our tools?
No. We build on your CRM and whatever you already pay for, and we suggest replacing something only when it is genuinely in the way.
What does the first month look like?
An engineer joins your Slack, gets access you approve, and maps how a lead actually moves through your company today. Then we pick the first piece together and build it.
Who owns the system?
You do, from the first day. It is built in your accounts, and the handbook is written so your team can run it and change it.
How do you handle access to our data?
We work with scoped access that you grant and can revoke. Nothing is copied into systems we control, and access ends with the engagement.
How does pricing work?
We work as an embedded team on a monthly retainer, and scoped builds are fixed-price. You see what everything costs before we start. No per-seat fees, no markup on the tools you buy.
“The tools finally talk to each other.”
We had every tool you can name, and none of them agreed with each other. Applied Crew connected them into one system. My team plans campaigns now instead of fixing lists. — Prasad V., Head of Marketing, Hytech Seed India
